This home is laid out over three floors
Living Room
Positioned on the ground floor this lovely room overlooks the front garden and is beautifully furnished with large leather sofas, occasional tables with lamps, and a log burner
This room also has a Smart flat screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker
Kitchen (and separate utility)
The ground floor kitchen lies open plan with the dining area and features a central island which doubles as a breakfast bar with two barstools. There are two Smeg fridge/freezers, a Falcon range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, and a dishwasher. A bean-to-cup coffee machine as well as a selection of other kitchen appliances is provided including toaster, kettle and microwave
Utility
The separate utility houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC can be accessed from this room
Dining Room/Area
Open plan with the kitchen, this gorgeous room has a large dining table and chairs seating ten guests, along with a wood-burning stove
Bedroom One (en-suite)
This fabulous top floor room with its vaulted ceiling and exposed trusses forms the property’s first master bedroom. Furnished with a sumptuous super king size bed, pedestal tables with lamps, a hanging rail and chest of drawers, and has its own sitting area with two armchairs and a flat screen TV
Bedroom Two (en suite)
This gorgeous first floor room with its luxury super king size bed and fabulous window seat is the home’s second master bedroom. Furniture includes a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and an open wardrobe with shelves and hanging space
Bedroom Three
This lovely, light and bright room is furnished with a double bed, and has an original ornamental fireplace as well as a chest of drawers, open wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a mirror, and pedestal tables with lamps
A delightful bench seat sitting beneath the window makes for a lovely place to sip your morning coffee
Bedroom Four
Furnished with twin divan beds, this bedroom has a mirror, and pedestal tables with lamps
Bedroom Five
Two metal frame single beds in this delightful bedroom make it perfect for children. Furnished with a pedestal table and lamp
Bathroom One
En suite to the top floor master bedroom with a lovely deep free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, hand basin and WC
Bathroom Two
En suite to the second master bedroom, this bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin and WC
Bathroom Three
The first-floor family bathroom features a free-standing roll top bath, separate walk-in shower with rain head as well as hand-held attachment, hand basin and WC
Bathroom Four
Accessed through the Utility Room this wet room-style bathroom features a large walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC
Outside
To the back of the house is a delightful courtyard garden which is furnished with an outdoor dining set for warm weather feasts and sundowners. A pretty garden at the front of the house has a bench where you’ll be able to relax in the sunshine or simply watch the world go by
Parking
The car parking for Lym is for two cars, three on request *
Additional cars can park in the public car park 100 yards away. Permit passes can be bought for 3 days or one week for longer stays
Private EV charging point. Please note that guests will need to supply their own cable, and the charging fee will be payable directly to the owner (the details of how guests can do this will be within the pre-arrival documents)
*We politely request all guests park on the left hand side to allow our parents to use the right hand-side of the drive. We can accommodate up to three cars if they are bumper to bumper
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £500 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Pets: 1 well behaved pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £55 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Short breaks may still be available.
