This room has a wood burning stove* and opens out to the back garden through large patio doors which creates the perfect indoor / outdoor space

On the ground floor off the hallway with WC, hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail

A lovely large private back garden with decked patio which is furnished with a picnic bench, parasol, charcoal BBQ* and secure police approved cycle storage
*guests will need to bring own charcoal
Parking
Parking for one car in an allocated space at the front of the property. On street parking is available in the area on a first come first served basis and there is free parking a couple of minutes' walk away in Flower Street car park (2m height restriction) with a maximum stay of 23 hours in any 24 hour period.
Pets: 1 small dog permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
