The entrance to the home is a small step up to a paved area with a garden bench. A stable door leads inside where there’s a bench seat and hooks for hanging coats

*Logs are provided for the first fire but guests are asked to bring their own kindling, wood and firelighters

Contemporary in design and equipped with an electric oven and grill, electric hob, fridge with ice box, slim dishwasher
Small appliances including a microwave, kettle, toaster, *Krupps coffee machine, cafetiere, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner
A range of cups, glasses, crockery, cookware and utensils are provided
The washing machine is housed in a cupboard in the bathroom

*A few pods are provided but guests are asked to bring their own

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
