The kitchen features a range of large and small appliances which include an integrated oven and microwave, an electric hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided

Open plan with the living room and kitchen, it features a large table and six dining chairs
Master en suite
The first floor master bedroom with lovely sea views features its own en suite shower room and has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, bedside lamps, mirror and wardrobe

This first floor bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, a lamp, storage cupboard and hanging rail
Bedroom Three
This bedroom is also located on the first floor and is furnished with twin beds (which can be configured to a super king size bed on request), a mirror, chest of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a free-standing wardrobe

A ground floor shower room with walk in double shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand basin, cabinet and WC
Bathroom Two
The family bathroom which is located on the first floor has a bath with shower over, a hand basin and cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

En suite shower room to the first floor master bedroom with walk in shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand basin, cabinet and WC
Outside
The secure, enclosed terrace at the back of the house has fantastic views over the bay and beach. It’s accessed from the living room and is a great spot for spending time in the sunshine or for outdoor entertaining
Furnished with a table with bench seating, gas BBQ.
Upstairs off the master bedroom, is a decked balcony with a bench where you can relax with your morning cup of coffee and enjoy those fantastic sea views
Parking
Two allocated parking spaces to the front of the building with visitor spaces available on a first come first served basis
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
