Located on the first floor and furnished with a two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four guests) and chest of drawers

The family bathroom is on the first floor
It has a bath, separate shower with rain head and handheld attachment, hand basin, WC, shaver point, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet
A hairdryer is provided
A cloakroom with WC is found on the ground floor

The property is accessed via 2 steps to the front door
The outside space features a large lawn with and paved terrace with dining table and chairs
Charcoal BBQ
The garden is enclosed but not completely secure so guests with dogs will need to keep an eye on them as there is a busy road to the front of the property
Parking
Private parking for two vehicles on the driveway to the front of the house
Pets: 2 Pets accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £35 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
