The private garden wraps around from the front to the back of property and is furnished with an outdoor set of table and chairs, parasol and charcoal BBQ
Dog owners should please note that the garden isn't enclosed
Outside tap for washing off muddy paws and sands toes / wetsuits
*Charcoal and firelighters aren't supplied but these can be purchased from the local village shop

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
