Open Plan with the dining area, the kitchen features a range of appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils. Appliances include a fridge / freezer, induction hob and an electric oven and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso Delonghi pod coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner

Incorporated within the kitchen the dining area features a large table with plenty of seating

Bedroom One

Located on the first floor, this room has a sea view and features a Super King bed (can be configured to twins on request), side tables with lamps, wardrobes, mirror and small chest of drawers

Bedroom Two

Situated on the first floor, this room is also furnished with *twin beds, side tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

*The beds can't be joined but can be pushed together

Bedroom Three

Also on the first floor this room is furnished with bunk beds (more suited to children), a side table and a wardrobe

Bedroom Four

Upstairs on the first floor and furnished with a sofa which converts to a double bed, and a tall chest of drawers. This room has access out to the furnished balcony which has sea views over St Ives Bay

Bathroom

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and features a bath with shower over as well as hand-held attachment, a glass screen, hand basin, WC and heated towel radiator

Cloakroom

The downstairs cloak is off the hall and includes a WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and mirror

Outside

A lovely garden lies to the back of the property and is secure for guests with dogs. A paved patio area is furnished with an outdoor dining set and a patio heater and has an electric awning which is remote controlled.

Please note that the garden has sharp bamboo in areas, please be vigilant with pets and children whilst outside.

Parking

This property has space for one car on the driveway, with on-street parking available in the area on a first come first served basis. The small long stay Station Car Park is a 6 minute walk away and has a few spaces available on a first come first served basis

Alternatively the main car park at Porthrepta is a 10 minute walk and has spaces available on a first come first served basis

Good Housekeeping Bond

We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
