Parking
Parking for one car on the front drive. Please note that due to the steepness of the slope and angle, drivers (especially with larger vehicles) may require some careful maneuvering to park
For guests with more than one vehicle, the long stay
car park at St Ives Station is 8-10 minutes walk away and has 106 spaces. Please note that this car park can get very busy during the high season
Pets: 2 small dogs accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
