The Living room is accessed directly from the front door and is open-plan to the kitchen and dining areas.

There is a comfortable sofa bed to seat two, a flat screen TV and side table.



Kitchen

The Kitchen is open-plan to the living area and has fully fitted units with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster.



Dining Area

A small high-level table is at the front of the cottage by the window, with two bar stools.



Master Bedroom

Upstairs open style bedroom with double bed, side tables and lamps plus a fitted wardrobe/storage space.

Family Bathroom

Fully tiled ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, sink with vanity unit, mirror and heated towel rail.



Parking

Guests may use the bays opposite Cobblers (first come first service) to pull up and drop off their luggage before making their way to Manor Road Long Stay Car Park (15 minutes’ walk)



*Permits for Manor Road Car Park may be purchased online and are valid for use in East Devon District Council car parks including short stay car parks nearby
