Sliding doors open to a Juliet balcony which showcases incredible beach and sea views while a lovely collection of original Cornish artwork from local artists adorns the walls

Situated upstairs and open plan with the living / dining room, the amply equipped contemporary kitchen features granite worktops and soft close cabinets as well as a central island / breakfast bar and two barstools
The wide range of appliances include an integral microwave, electric single oven, under-counter fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher, toaster and kettle

A utility cupboard on the property’s ground floor houses a washing machine, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket

Dining Room
Open plan with the kitchen and living room, this area features a wooden dining table with seating for four guests

Master Bedroom

Parking
Allocated parking for one vehicle can be found within the Mews car park, adjacent to the property entrance
Additional parking can be found at St Ives Station which is 4 minutes’ walk away

Pets: 2 Pets accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
