Open plan with the living/dining area, the kitchen is equipped with an electric fan assisted oven, hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, plates, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, selection of knives, glasses, tea towels, iron and board, cleaning aides including bin liners, first aid kit, clothes horse, high chair and hand-held vacuum cleaner. The kitchen has access out to the garden

Open plan with the living room and kitchen, the dining area has a large hand-crafted dining table with bench seating and three chairs
Master Bedroom
This upstairs bedroom is large and welcoming and features a king size bed with high quality memory topped mattresses, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a mirror and hairdryer
Bedroom Two
Also upstairs this bedroom has two single beds with high quality memory topped mattresses, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps
Family Bathroom
The bathroom is located upstairs and features a bathtub with power shower over, a vanity unit, WC, bath and heated towel rail
Outside
The private garden is spacious and enclosed and features a picnic bench for outdoor dining as well as a clay BBQ that doubles up as a fire pit and sun loungers

Free onsite parking
2 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £46 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
