Parking
There is a maximum of one parking space in the development's car park just across from the building
There is additional parking at the front of At The Beach which is free on a first come first serve basis
There is also a long stay pay and display car park which is a few minutes walk away

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 2 medium sized dogs permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
