Parking for four cars at the back of the property. Additional parking can be found in the village if needed

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation. If you are bringing your pet along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them upstairs and on the furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the property.

A gardener visits Beam Ends every Thursday to keep the outside areas looking their best.
