Offering superb holiday accommodation for up to 12 guests, this stunning reverse-level property is perfectly positioned for walkers, anglers, golfers and history lovers exploring the glorious Perthshire countryside, as well as for families and friends simply looking to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. The house sits on the banks of The River Tay, ideal for salmon fishing or enjoying the sandy beach at Stanley. Stanley is a convenient country village with a handful of local amenities. Heading south, the historic city of Perth (9.5 miles) is known for major landmarks and attractions including the magnificent Scone Palace, the popular Perth Racecourse, the tranquil Branklyn Garden and the famous Perth Museum – home to the Stone of Destiny. For golfers, the area offers a choice of fantastic courses, including those at Blairgowrie, Dunkeld and Gleneagles, all within 25 miles. Other local landmarks include The Hermitage, the Ranageig Stone Circle, Kinclaven Bluebell Woods and Dunsinane Hill Fort, all within 18 miles. External steps lead up to the first floor of this stunning reverse-level retreat where you will be greeted by a welcoming hallway with plenty of space for leaving coats and shoes. Upstairs there is an elegant bathroom shared between two cosy twin rooms, both of which can be made up as king-size on request. There are also two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one featuring French doors that open onto a charming balcony. River views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, master bedroom, games room and the upstairs terrace. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms – one super-king-size and one king-size (convertible to twin) – both with en-suite shower rooms. This level also houses a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Heading outside, the beautiful, landscaped gardens offer a serene haven, with multiple seating areas including a spacious terraced balcony.
