There are two king-sized bedrooms, each with access to an en-suite: one wet room and the other a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Outside, is a paved patio area which contains a covered hot tub, garden furniture and a lawn. There is also secure storage for bikes, an EV charging point, and parking for four cars. The nearest village, Llannefydd (0.5 miles) has a great pub, and further amenities can be found at Bodelwyddan (4 miles). Head off on foot and take a walk alongside the River Elwy at Pont-y-Ddol (0.5 miles). The bustling market town Abergele (8 miles) has an imposing castle and a beautiful sandy beach or visit the coastal resort of Rhyl (8.5 miles) and enjoy the miniature railway.
