Located 2 miles from the market town of Kendal and 9.5 miles from Lake Windermere, it’s the ideal place to unwind, yet within easy reach of the action. Set on the owner’s grounds yet enjoying its own privacy, this traditional Lakeland barn has been renovated in sustainable style and is powered by an air source heat pump and solar panels. Inside, lofty ceilings, large windows and traditional materials form a light and bright space adorned in neutral hues with pops of colour and lots of cosy touches. The open-plan living space is ideal for socialising and entertaining with three sofas dotted throughout the lounge and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen that feels fresh and modern.
