Sleeping 12 guests, the six-bedroom cottage, which also welcomes dogs, is situated at Reighton Gap, less than 0.5 miles from the beach and 5 miles from Filey. With a games room, wood burner and large garden, it has something for everyone in your large party to enjoy.
Head inside to shuffle off your beach or walking shoes in the hall and wander on into the kitchen/diner to brew a cup of strong Yorkshire tea. Take turns at preparing hearty feasts for your group in this large, beamed space and congregate around the long farmhouse table for lively meals together. Spread out into the lounge to play games, listen to music, or find a good film on the Smart TV. Light the wood burner in here on winter evenings or open the doors to the garden in the summer. Watch DVDs or challenge each other to pool tournaments in the games room. There is also a WC downstairs. Your bedrooms are all on the first floor. These include a triple room, with three single beds, and a double, four-poster bedroom. Along the landing and a step up are another double bedroom and a king-size, both with access to a Jack and Jill shower room. A third double, with an en-suite shower room, and a single are also at this level, together with the family bathroom. While away summer afternoons playing games on the lawn and cooking out on the BBQ. Grab buckets and spades and follow the path straight down to the beach.
