Enjoy your favourite family meals around the adjoining dining table before retiring to the inviting, sunny lounge for a snuggle and a movie at the end of a great day out. If the weather is being kind, throw open the French doors and let the outdoors in, or use the relaxing lawns for unwinding with a book or simply admire the unparalleled views across the open fields. At bedtime, one king-size, one twin and one single bedroom are light and cosy with crisp linens and pretty decor. The family bathroom completes the generous accommodation. Soak up the sea air and countryside surroundings with a 0.5-mile walk down to the shell-shaped beach of Lulworth Cove. The cove is a shingle stretch with crystal clear waters, rocky arches and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, including pubs, shops and ice cream stalls. One of the best ways to appreciate the views of the area is by walking along the South West Coast Path, which ventures along the Jurassic Coast with wonderful cliff-top vistas and the chance to scout for fossils. Further afield, Swanage, Weymouth and Bournemouth are all within 23 miles and have many activities for every family member to enjoy.
