Situated within a courtyard of properties, this single-level property is great for families, groups of friends, and couples looking to come together to enjoy a quiet rural escape on the South Yorkshire/Nottinghamshire border. Bring your walking boots and head off on the miles of footpaths that lead away from the farm to explore the surrounding countryside. Visit the Idle Valley Nature Reserve just a couple of miles south – this spectacular wetland site covers an area of 927 acres following the River Idle northwards. Sundown Adventureland is within 13 miles, a theme park in Nottinghamshire, on the Yorkshire border, designed for the under 10s. It’s a great value, family-friendly day out. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is conveniently just 11 miles away, situated just outside Doncaster, and offers a unique view into the world of animals including lions, tigers, leopards, giraffes, and baboons. Step into the hallway and wander through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A social space to come together with good company, offering impressive vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and patio doors leading outside. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal during your stay with a nearby dining table which is plenty big enough for all the family to come together and enjoy a celebration meal. After this, retire to the comfortable sofas in front of the Smart TV. There are three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms each sharing a further bathroom. There is a shared games room situated in one of the farm’s barns offering something for all the family, with board games, a library, games consoles, table tennis, and a full-size snooker table. Outside, there is an enclosed area of the shared courtyard which offers seating and a charcoal BBQ to relax on a summer's evening. There is also a children’s climbing frame surrounded by picnic benches and wonderful views.
