Take your four-legged friend, with you to enjoy country walks; venture 16 miles to the fringes of Dartmoor National Park and head to the coast at Bude 13 miles away. Step up to enter this exquisitely designed, timber hideaway via the French doors. Find there is a creatively arranged, studio-style lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom, with a gorgeous, curved ceiling. Prepare romantic meals in here with the fresh Devon produce you have bought on your excursions, and watch the Smart TV from the sofa, which can also be made up as a king-size bed for one additional child on request. There is also a permanent king-size bed at the other end of the lodge, where a shower room is also situated. Wander outside to cook on the BBQ or light the fire pit on summer evenings. Closer to home, there are some lovely walks at Roadford Lake, 6 miles away.
