Tucked away the heart of bustling Christchurch, this stylish house has been lovingly presented in a contemporary style. It is the ideal base for those wanting amenities close at hand or as a touring base, as it sits within easy reach of both the popular sandy beaches at Southbourne and Mudeford and the scenic New Forest National Park. Within 15 miles you will find a wide range of attractions including the pretty towns of Lyndhurst and Lymington, Hengistbury Head, Beaulieu with its famous motor museum and historic Palace House, Highcliffe Castle, Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, Moors Valley Country Park, Bournemouth Pavillion, the BIC, Tower Park and Kingston Lacy, which is in the care of the National Trust. A shared drive gives access to the private entrance into this end of terrace property. Once inside you are met with a welcoming entrance hall with WC and the lounge on your left. This inviting room has comfortable seating, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace, making it the perfect place in which to relax after a day spent exploring. There is also a dining table to enjoy some food and drinks after a long day. The kitchen is just next door and has been newly fitted in 2022. Stairs rise to the first floor where you’ll find the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is no outdoor space, however, green spaces are within easy reach of the property.
