Get away with your friends or family at this beautiful canine-friendly converted barn in the heart of the Dales in the pretty village of Kettlewell. The luxury house has an upside-down layout with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. It also features a games room, wood burners, a stunning dining room, a balcony, and an enclosed garden. Also, there are lovely walks, a pub, and attractions nearby. The luxurious interiors have been thoughtfully furnished with contemporary styling and furniture. Go into the hall and upstairs to the lovely light lounge, with a high ceiling and wooden beams, exposed brickwork, a cosy wood burner and a Smart TV. Across the hall is the stunning, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and stools for sociable meals. Two of the four bedrooms are upstairs, a king-size with a Smart TV, and a super-king with a balcony with amazing views, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. There’s also a bathroom on this level, and a second bathroom on the ground floor along with a separate WC. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor, another king-size room, and the twin, along with the stunning dining room with bi-fold doors to the garden. Heading outside, there’s a games room with a table tennis/pool/air hockey table, a large beer/wine cooler, a Smart TV, and a wood burner. The walled/fenced garden has seating areas, a BBQ and a large patio and a garage for bike storage. The property is close to lots of beautiful walks in the dales and fells, including on Great Whernside and along the River Wharfe which are both close to the cottage, as is the welcoming local pub.
