This contemporary, country-style New Forest retreat, renovated in 2022 by award-winning designer Kia Stanford, is a restful space to explore this beautiful Hampshire location. With five bedrooms, the property sleeps up to ten people and two dogs are also welcome. The attractions of the New Forest are within 3 miles, including the lovely Lymington town quay with its ferry to the Isle of Wight and the wonderful Sea Air Trail. Step inside and you will fall in love with this incredibly chic retreat. Throughout the house you'll find superb furnishings and a stylish colour scheme, so you'll feel right at home. Thanks to the abundance of natural light, everyone will find their favourite space to relax or socialise. Children and adults will love the games room featuring a Smart TV, a dart board, a bar and a pool table that converts into a ping-pong table. To the right of the playroom is a cosy cinema room equipped with a Smart TV and an Xbox games console, so older children can have some time to themselves. Younger children will enjoy the well-equipped playroom. The playroom leads into the spacious kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of space to cook and chat in this room, with a large island in the kitchen, a long table and French doors running the length of the room making it a bright, welcoming setting. At the end of this room is a cosy corner with two deep armchairs and a wood burner, perfect for a moment of tranquillity. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating to unwind or play a board game with the whole family. Upstairs are two king-size rooms and a bathroom with a striking roll-top bath. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a few steps lead to two double bedrooms and a family suite with a king-size bed and an adjoining room with two twin beds. A family bathroom with wooden decor and a spa bath completes this fabulous home. Step outside and discover a generous-sized enclosed garden. At the front, there is play equipment for children, a summer house and for the ultimate in evening relaxation, a private hot tub. To the rear of the property is a garden with outdoor furniture and two BBQs, ideal for al fresco dining.
