This generously proportioned chalet-style cabin sits on attractive grounds, just 9 miles from Malton, one of North Yorkshire’s many charming market towns. A great base for families or friends keen to explore the East Yorkshire coast and North York Moors National Park, this dog-friendly cabin features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a wraparound decked area with a hot tub. Close to the sleepy village of West Heslerton, this wooden cabin is set in the countryside just off the A64, one of the main routes linking York to the coast. Approached by a planted walkway, the property enjoys a massive footprint. A neatly laid-out exterior leads into a welcoming interior adorned with contemporary soft furnishings across hard flooring, with an abundance of natural light pouring in through dual-aspect windows and doors. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has plenty of space for visitors on two and four paws, with comfortable sofas arranged around the TV at one end complementing the equally smart options at the dining table and breakfast bar in the kitchen. The stunning bathroom is home to several creature comforts and there are two alluring king-size bedrooms nearby, one of which can be converted to a twin upon request. The outside space is a real treat; the partly enclosed wraparound decked area offers multiple seating options - some undercover - arranged close to tables for al fresco dining, and the nearby hot tub. The village of Sherburn (2.5 miles) is handy for essentials, while Malton (9 miles), the food capital of Yorkshire, is a great place to gather up local ingredients between a wander around its town centre. The North York Moors National Park (13 miles) is blessed with stunning walking trails and pretty villages, while the seaside towns of Filey and Scarborough (within 25 miles) and ideal for a day by the coast.
