The South West offers much to discover for all visitors with Dartmoor National Park just 13 miles away, the heritage city of Plymouth (12 miles) with its realm of shops, museums, and world class visitor attractions like the National Marine Aquarium, the Mayflower Steps, Tinside Lido, and Plymouth Hoe. Wayfarers can enjoy a wander or two along the South West Coast Path at one of the beautiful South Cornwall’s many seaside resorts like Looe, Polperro and Whitsand Bay (all within 20 miles). For historic days out, strike out to the stately homes and buildings at the National Trust’s Cotehele Mill (3.5 miles), Antony (15.5 miles) and Buckland Abbey (16 miles). Enter into this stylish cottage into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes, you are immediately drawn to the large spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with fabulous light and timber cladded ceilings. The dining table features in the center of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating and offers a Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch all your favourite programmes. This room provides plenty of natural light from the large patio doors which lead out onto the patio area. Off of the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a good size super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) dressing table and with patio doors leading out onto the patio. The bathroom is situated off of the other side of the lounge and has a shower and WC. Next door is the second bedroom with super-king-size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) en-suite shower room with WC and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The final bedroom is next door and is complete with super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) seating area with coffee table and Smart TV and patio doors leading out onto the patio. This room boasts an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside is a terrace area with garden furniture and a balcony off of the lounge. There is also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the Complimentary Health Club. Private off road parking for two cars.
