This quirky, single-storey cottage, just over 1 mile from the popular village of Brauton, is a romantic bolthole for couples keen to relax in homely surroundings when they’re not exploring the glorious coast and rolling countryside around them. The cottage offers open-plan living areas, stunning panoramic views from the enclosed garden and there’s even room for a four-footed friend. Overlooking Braunton Burrows and featuring a nautical theme across its soft furnishings and colour palette, there are so many little details that will catch your eye as you walk about the cottage. A porch leads to the beautifully furnished lounge, a cosy space perfect for watching romcoms, candle-lit suppers or sharing a bottle of wine as the wood burner flicks and snaps in the corner. Enjoy guilty pleasures created in the compact kitchen on the breakfast bar that looks out into the enclosed garden, where you can treat yourself to an alfresco brunch or afternoon BBQ.
