Immerse yourselves in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area with lots of walks from your doorstep. The beach is within a few hundred metres, as is a small pier, an art gallery, a whisky shop and the welcoming local pub that serves good meals and drams of the local tipple. Recently refurbished, this light and airy single-storey property has been decorated in neutral tones and with contemporary fixtures and fittings, while the occasional pop of tartan and quirky artwork adds charm and character. On entering, leave muddy shoes and wet coats in the porch (also home to the washing machine) before stepping into the bright kitchen/diner. Here, you’ll find everything you’ll need to cook up a big breakfast, prepare a picnic or spend time making a delicious evening meal. When it’s time to relax, head into the lounge where you can light the wood burner before snuggling up on the sofa. In warmer months, you can make the most of the outside area which has plenty of space to stretch your legs as well as a BBQ and furniture for al fresco dining with a view.
