Offering cosy, fresh and relaxing accommodation for up to eight guests, the property has two friendly lounges and a private courtyard garden, providing ample space for everyone to unwind at the end of a great day spent exploring the beautiful countryside and stunning beaches of a delightful part of Dorset. Entering this cheerful and tastefully decorated property, you will find the main lounge, which is a light, friendly space, with a bay window, Smart TV and plenty of seating - ideal for settling back with a movie or for chatting about the day’s escapades. The stylishly designed kitchen/diner is at the heart of the house, perfect for cooking and sharing all your favourite family meals. There is also a king-size bedroom on this floor. A flight of stairs from the hallway leads up to the first-floor landing where you will find bedroom 3 with a super- king size bed, and a large modern family bathroom with bath, separate shower enclosure and WC. A further flight of three steps leads to a landing that takes you into bedroom 1 with a super-king size bed and bedroom 2 that has two 3’ single beds. Stepping outside, the fully enclosed courtyard garden provides a charming spot for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee as you prepare for the day. The property is ideally positioned for exploring Weymouth with its beautiful beach, historic harbour and wide range of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Other attractions in the town include Nothe Fort and the ruins of Sandsfoot Castle, or you can head down to the Isle of Portland (7 miles) with its stunning castle and traditional lighthouse. Also nearby are Chesil Beach (3 miles), Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and Abbotsbury Swannery (both within 10.5 miles).
