Set in an idyllic location near Caernarfon, this expansive detached house offers spacious, well-designed interiors, a hot tub, and a beautiful garden, perfect for a memorable group gathering surrounded by the natural beauty of North Wales and the majestic mountains of Snowdonia. Inside, you’ll find the contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This sociable space allows everyone to cook and dine together overlooking the garden. After dinner, relax on the comfortable sofas and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The ground floor also hosts a utility room, a separate cloakroom, and the first of five bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds that can be configured as twins upon request and come with their own TVs and elegant en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll discover four additional bedrooms. The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a hot tub in which to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. The large paved patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with a table, chairs, and a BBQ. The extensive lawn at the front of the property provides ample space for children to play, and there’s a stream at the bottom of the garden. There’s private parking for up to five cars, with space for bicycles, canoes, and paddleboards too. The house is situated on the outskirts of Caernarfon, home to an impressive 13th-century World Heritage Site castle. You can explore the marina, visit Waterside Doc Fictoria’s art complex, dine at independent restaurants, and enjoy waterside views from the town. An 8-mile drive takes you to the seafront at Dinas Dinlle, featuring an ancient hill fort and a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and water sports. Discover exciting attractions like Zip World (13 miles), the Sea Zoo (14 miles) and Air World Aviation Museum (9.5 miles). You can also experience a ride on the Snowdon Mountain Railway (6.5 miles) before hiking down from Snowdon’s summit.
