This property is on the outskirts of Abergavenny (1.5 miles), a charming market town with plenty of cafés, pubs and shops selling yummy local produce. You’ll be just 0.5 miles from the lovely Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal, opening up opportunities for scenic walks along the towpath and leisurely boat rides. For those who enjoy travel on two wheels, the Sustrans cycle network passes through the nearby village of Llanfoist (0.5 miles), making this an ideal spot for biking enthusiasts. The property has space for eight people over its four bedrooms so is wonderful for a family group or holiday with friends. The three-storey accommodation benefits from a spacious sitting room featuring gorgeous original beams and an impressive stone inglenook fireplace featuring a real flame gas fire. You’ll be well set up for entertainment thanks to the CD system and a large Smart TV. You’ll have easy access to gorgeous natural features like Clydach Gorge (3.5 miles), Sugar Loaf (5 miles) and the Llangattock Escarpment (5.5 miles), and after all that exploration you’ll surely appreciate a quiet drink or dinner in a lovely country pub – hopefully with spectacular views.
