Relaxation is assured from the moment you arrive home, with the sauna and hot tub inviting guests to soothe aching muscles after long days out and about and the games room encouraging visitors to get competitive in fun, family-friendly games. The impressive house accommodates a total of 10 guests and two dogs, laid out with an abundance of space both indoors and out to give everyone ample room to unwind. Traditional beamed ceilings and bespoke wooden elements add to the traditional charm of this 300-year-old property. Any chef will adore cooking for all in the kitchen/diner, where a Rangemaster electric oven and American fridge/freezer elevate the cooking experience and the whole family can come together around the dinner table. You can also dine outdoors, making use of the ample outdoor space. Back indoors, get cosy together in the lounge with the wood burner blazing away. Upstairs, five bedrooms are laid out in varying formations. Each one is as luxurious as the last, three offer en-suite bathrooms and two are served by a final family bathroom. The colourful market town of Builth Wells is just 8 miles away and offers much to be explored. Take a gentle stroll around the town, learn about its fascinating royal connections and enjoy picnics along the river when the sun shines. Lace up your walking boots to embrace a walk from your doorstep, summiting Mynydd Epynt (3 miles) to take in far-reaching views out over Powys. Visit Brecon (17 miles) on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, leaving the car behind to embrace a long walk into the depths of the National Park.
