Enter the impressive, modern house via the colonnaded porch and hall. Gather in the lounge to watch the Smart TV, with Sky, as the wood burner crackles in the background. Find the snug is the perfect place to retreat with your book for a few moments and that there is a useful boot room for storage; a utility room with a washer/dryer, plus a ground-floor WC. Wander into the kitchen/diner and enjoy your favourite programme on the Smart TV while you prepare dinner. Make your way up to the first floor to discover the bedrooms, including two king-sizes, with en-suite shower rooms, a double and a twin, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a super-king-size in advance.
