Situated on the outskirts of a quaint village just outside Great Torrington, this fabulous property is an ideal family retreat, with a large garden, private hot tub and a games barn to keep everyone amused. There are miles of spectacular walks throughout the area, with access to the famous Tarka Trail. The northern coast is within easy reach, allowing you to spend some lovely days out by the seaside. Entering this spacious, light and airy property via the large glass oak-framed porch, you will find a charming snug with Smart TV, plenty of seating and a selection of books and games, providing a fantastic space for kids getting away from the adults. Exploring further, the chic and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been imaginatively designed and attractively decorated to provide a fresh and appealing living space with plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area.
