With its spacious and sociable kitchen /diner, cosy living room and lovely garden, this expansive house is an ideal base to explore the area. As you enter on the first floor, you’ll find a lounge featuring a wood burner, comfortable seating, and a TV. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Moving down to the ground floor, you’ll discover the kitchen/diner/conservatory, a light and airy space where the whole group can gather. The dining and conservatory space provides plenty of seating overlooking the sunken terrace and the forest beyond. Tucked away at the back of the property is a den with comfortable sofas, cushions, and blankets. There’s also a utility room on this floor. On the second floor, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. Two are doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a roll-top bath. The final bedroom is a king-size with an en-suite shower room. Step outside to enjoy the enclosed garden with a view of the countryside. The garden features a sunken terrace for al fresco dining with the River Lyd flowing past. Bike storage is also provided. The village of Whitecroft provides all the amenities you need within walking distance, including two local pubs and a village store.
