This gorgeous flint-faced bolthole sits in the heart of the Norfolk Coast AONB with beaches, the coastal path and National Trust Nature Reserves nearby. The perfect destination for lovers of the great outdoors, whisk family or friends away to enjoy adventurous days and relaxing nights curled up by the wood burner. Step inside and brew a welcoming cup of tea in the country-style kitchen where you’ll find mugs and utensils hanging ready to be used. The fridge has an ice compartment so you can chill your tipples before sitting down at the table and tucking into a delicious feast together. After dinner, bask in the last of the sun on the patio and watch your four-pawed pals as they run free on the lawn, or settle in the cosy lounge where a wood burner promises to keep you warm. There’s a TV for quiet nights in or a radio so you can listen to music whilst planning tomorrow’s outing. End your day with a soak in the tub on the first floor before getting snuggly under the covers in one of three pretty and tranquil bedrooms. There’s a handy WC on the ground floor so you don’t have to climb the stairs often, and please note that the courtyard has parking but is shared with next door. The pretty village of Wareham is a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and has a welcoming local pub so you can reward the day’s walks with a tasty meal. Explore the Norfolk Coast AONB and spot seals at Blakeney Point (6.5 miles) where you can book boat trips; enjoy beach days at Wells-next-to-the-Sea (3 miles); or pay glorious Holkham a visit (5 miles).
