Leave unpacking until later and sit back at the dining table for six with sunshine flooding in through the large window. You’ll be pleased to see a separate utility room to store wet or sandy gear, and a full oven with electric hob, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. Along the hall, a single bedroom and shower room are perfect for a teenager or extra guests, and the cosy sitting room has a wood burner for chilly evenings, plus plenty of comfy sofa space, a TV with DVD – and room enough to spread out a board game too. Upstairs, the children will have settled into their twin bedroom in the eaves, and there’s a double room as well, with fantastic views across the valley to Ben Rinnes. Families and those who enjoy a soak after a day on their feet, will be happy to see the bath with shower above in the upstairs family bathroom. Outside, the semi-enclosed garden has a BBQ and garden furniture ready for summer dinners alfresco, and ample parking.
