Hop on the local Speyside Way trail or the Malt Whisky Trail (of which you are sat in the heart of) and fill your days with flora and fauna or a drop of something strong. Sitting amongst 1.5 acres of land an abundance of trees, lush greenery and flowers dot the surrounding grounds so you can brew a warming cup of coffee and sip alfresco each morning to start the day right with a breath of fresh Scottish air. Curl up by the roaring open fire to muster up some energy for a night in the games room where table tennis and a dart board await competitive guests. Wind your way up to the drive and head into the heart of the home for a relaxing sit down. Put your feet up by the fire and enjoy the light bright ambience of the lounge which makes it ever so easy to switch off and enter straight into holiday mode. When it’s time to whet appetites, the spacious kitchen offers more than enough room for all hands on deck to make light work of meal times. Traditional shaker-style cupboards add charm and character which only continues throughout the rest of the house and beyond in the fabulous grounds. Should you fancy a sizzling dinner in the sunshine, fire up the BBQ and dine outside to while away evenings before dusk rolls in. Though the house is all on one-level, take care in the garden which sits across different levels. Heading to bed is a real treat here, spacious rooms, large windows and tranquil colour schemes create welcoming spaces in which to laze and doze.
