Wake up to birdsong, grab a cup of coffee and step out on to the patio and watch the landscape wake up. And with the coast and all its delights within 5 miles, you get the best of both worlds. Step in to an open-plan living space in calming natural colours, with hints of vibrant colour found in the bright, floral paintings on the walls. With a traditional country style throughout the interior that matches the original stonework outside, it is easy to relax here after a busy day. On a warm summer's night, unwind with an al fresco supper on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the dusk settle. On a chillier autumn day, the living space turns into a cosy retreat as the night draws in, and once the wood burner is lit your dog will be in heaven sprawling in front of the warmth enjoying a welcome treat. An idyllic, peaceful location in North Cornwall, it is close to attractions such as Widemouth Bay (4.5 miles) and the seaside town of Bude (8 miles) - ideal for surfing, shopping and perusing local eateries. The Bude Sea Pool (8 miles) is also a must see, whilst the medieval fortification Tintagel Castle (15 miles) is steeped in history. For parkland walkies try Dunsland (14 miles) and for remote moorland head to Bodmin Moor to climb Bray Down (28 miles). The picturesque Clovelly waterfall (21 miles) has stunning sea views.
