Perfect for a family seeking a quiet spot in beautiful surroundings, this stunning retreat is ideally situated for making the most of the village's many amenities. The Royal North Devon Golf Club, Northam Burrows Country Park and the golden sandy beach are all within a mile, and plenty of other attractions and activities are available nearby including crazy golf, surf schools, go-karting and amusement arcades. On entering this bright and appealing reverse-level property, head up to the first floor where you will find the fresh and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Decorated in cool, neutral tones this is a fantastic space for relaxing in, with plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, an attractive dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Bi-folding doors lead to a balcony where you can sit with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The ground floor offers three cosy bedrooms, each with a Smart TV. The two king-size rooms each have an en-suite shower room and bi-folding doors leading into the garden, and there's also a nautical-themed twin room ideal for children, but can also be made into a super king, please request at the time of booking. Outside, you can unwind in the comfort of the large private hot tub which is set in the enclosed south-facing garden, which also features a furnished patio area with and an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off wet suits and surfboards. Westward Ho! is a great base for exploring northern Devon, with delightful coastal towns and villages nearby including Appledore (2 miles), Bideford (2.5 miles) and Instow (4.5 miles). From Bideford, you can catch a boat out to the island of Lundy. Local attractions include The Big Sheep (3.5 miles), the Milky Way Adventure Park (10.5 miles) and the village of Clovelly (13 miles).
