Set in the heart of the thriving village of Braunton, this charming hideaway is close to a fantastic variety of restaurants, pubs and independent shops. Providing cosy and inviting accommodation for a couple seeking a romantic retreat, the property makes an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts, keen walkers, cyclists and nature-lovers. On entering the cottage, head upstairs where you will find the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You can relax in the cosy lounge which features plenty of comfortable seating and catch up with a film or a favourite show on the Smart TV. You can share a romantic meal in the bijou dining area, and the stunning kitchen is well-equipped with everything you may need including a handy breakfast bar. Returning to the ground floor, there's a stylish king-size bedroom with plenty of storage space. The ground floor also features an attractive shower room. Stepping outside, you can unwind in the charming courtyard garden which is perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining and features a BBQ and garden furniture. The cottage is ideal for exploring the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail, with Exmoor National Park (14 miles), the sand dunes of Braunton Burrows (4 miles) and the National Trust's Baggy Point (5 miles), all easily accessible. You can also explore the golden sandy beaches of Saunton Sands (2.5 miles), Croyde (4 miles), Putsborough (5 miles) and Woolacombe (6.5 miles). The bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe (8 miles) features a range of shops and galleries, or you can take a boat trip out to the beautiful Lundy Island.
