Perfectly situated on the banks of the River Fowey, this charming property is surrounded by some of Cornwall’s most picturesque fishing villages and walking trails. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a Cornish getaway, discover the region on foot or by boat, before returning for an evening tipple on the scenic, waterside terrace that awaits. The coastal village of Polruan is a short drive away, with a passenger ferry linking the two. Slightly further afield, days out include trips to Looe (11 miles) and Polperro (7 miles) to the east, and Mevagissey (22 miles) to the west. Pretty Lostwithiel (9 miles) is also well worth a visit, where you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to boutique shops and antiques emporiums. Walkers will be in their element due to direct access onto a public footpath and the South West Coast Path nearby. Other attractions accessible from here include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, and numerous National Trust properties, all within 22 miles. Stepping inside this stunning property, you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with reception rooms on either side.
