The thriving town of St Austell is a mile away, and the famous Eden Project is also nearby (4 miles), as are the Lost Gardens of Heligan (7 miles) and Lanhydrock (10 miles). Along the coast are the picture-postcard seaside towns of Fowey (8 miles) and Mevagissey (7 miles).
