This stylish and characterful coastal home in the heart of a traditional seaside town is an excellent base for a couple or family of four, plus two canine companions, who want a break by the coast while being close to plenty of amenities and attractions. With a garden and a quirky open-plan living space, this contemporary property is perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. Step inside to find a rectangular open-plan lounge/diner with a subtle coastal theme running through the art, hints of blue throughout the furnishings and beach-weathered-style wooden panelling. The bright lounge contains a comfortable sofa and an armchair with cushions and a rug to create a cosy and relaxing feel. Beyond here is a laid-back dining area with a table and four chairs surrounded by ambient lighting and wooden furnishings. Continue into the contemporary galley kitchen which is styled with tones of white, grey and blue. Also on the ground floor is a shower room. Climb the cottage-style stairs to reach two bedrooms – a king-size and a double. Outside you’ll find an enclosed courtyard with a hanging chair and a dining set. While staying in Cromer, you’ll be at the heart of the action with the esplanade just one street across and an array of eateries, fish and chip shops and cafes on your doorstep (within 200 metres).
