Situated on the outskirts of the small market town of South Molton, this spacious property promises an unforgettably relaxing stay. The large kitchen/diner complete with an island counter is really well-equipped to suit all levels of culinary skill and has a table set for six. Upstairs consists of three fashionably styled bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, another king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with a TV, plus a deluxe monochrome bathroom with the added indulgence of a roll-top bath. Whether you’re in the hot tub, dining outside under the parasol, cooking a BBQ or playing a lawn game, the enclosed garden is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. If cycling is of your interest, the hilly roads of North Devon are perfect scenic routes and when you return, you can store your bikes in the garden shed. With the centre of South Molton being only 2.3 miles away, attractions are very easily accessed. Visit the town’s selection of shops, pubs and cafes. Brilliant for the kids, Quince Honey Farm is a fun and interesting day out. Hit the golden sands on some of the South West’s best beaches along the famous North Devon coastline. With Woolacombe and Saunton within 25 miles – a visit is a must. Wander around the local woodland paths and trails for some fresh countryside air and exquisite views.
