Located just metres from the beautiful Beadnell Bay beach, this luxurious cottage offers the perfect base for a coastal getaway. Beadnell Bay is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for surfing, bodyboarding, wakeboarding, and waterskiing. The established sailing club provides excellent facilities for those wanting to enjoy the water, while the nearby tennis courts are available for family tournaments. The village itself features a well-stocked general store, two excellent pub/restaurants, and a fish and chip shop for beach-side dinners. The surrounding area is rich with walking and cycling routes that connect to neighbouring coastal villages, making this retreat ideal for families, groups of friends, and those with four-legged companions, with two dogs welcome. The holiday home features a spacious open-plan living space with a double-height ceiling, Amtico flooring, and extensive windows with French doors opening onto the patio. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and various appliances including a bread maker, slow cooker, and Nespresso machine. The dining area sits adjacent to the patio doors, perfect for outdoor dining. The living area includes comfortable sofas, a TV, Sonos sound system, and a brick fireplace with wood burner for cooler evenings. This beach house offers three bedrooms: one double on the ground floor for those with limited accessibility, a king-size master with antique French style furniture and en-suite shower room upstairs, and a third bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds suitable for a small family. A contemporary family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath completes the interior. The wrap-around decking area provides both dining and lounge furniture for enjoying the outdoors. A BBQ is available for outdoor cooking, and there's a separate gated area with a handy outdoor tap and hosepipe.
