You can view the most popular local fell, the Old Man of Coniston, from the comfort of your private garden, plotting hiking excursions yet to come whilst sipping a cool drink in the summer. At each adventure’s end, the amenities of Coniston await (0.5 miles). Have a meal out or a drink in the popular microbrewery before heading home. The property benefits from a traditional layout with communal spaces downstairs and all four bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor. There’s also a convenient shower room on the ground floor, ideal when coming home muddy after a long walk.
