The house is situated in the charming coastal village of Portmellon, just over half a mile from the idyllic fishing resort of Mevagissey, making it a wonderful spot for discovering the Roseland Heritage Coast. Stepping into this tastefully decorated and quirkily furnished property, the open-plan lounge/diner makes a wonderful space to unwind in. The dining area has a nautical theme and views out to sea, with plenty of space for you to enjoy a special family meal. You can relax in front of the traditional wood burner in the lounge area, and the stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with a range of useful appliances. A second lounge provides more space to relax and features a TV, plenty of seating and a warming wood burner. Exploring further, there’s also an additional breakfast room and a pretty sunroom looking out onto the patio. Four bedrooms can be found upstairs, all with TVs and sea views: there are two king-size rooms, one with a Jack-and-Jill shower room, plus two delightful twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
