This spacious family home is located on the seafront at Bexhill-on-Sea. Bexhill is a splendid seaside town, where you can find the iconic De La Warr Pavilion housing an award-winning gallery and exhibition space. The seaside town has much to offer visitors, including a range of shops and a large choice of eateries, from fashionable cafe-bars to cosy coffee shops and, of course, fish and chip shops. Further afield, the coastal towns of Hastings and Eastbourne are within respective 15 minute and 30-minute drives away. Steps lead up to the front door of this seafront property and the feeling of spaciousness and light immediately hits you. The lounge continues in this theme, with light flooding in from the windows which have views across to the sea. There are comfortable sofas and chairs in this room, as well as a TV and DVD player. Moving through double doors to the open-plan kitchen/dining room, you will find a dining table seating for up to eight people, and all the conveniences you would expect, including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Taking the turned stairs to the first floor a bedroom with king-size bed and the somewhat unexpected bonus of a table football set! Another bedroom with twin beds, and a selection of children’s books. The main bathroom is on this floor and has a shower over the bath, plus a separate shower room. On the second floor you will discover the double-aspect master bedroom, with its superb sea views which can be enjoyed from your king-size bed. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath. To the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen, is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs for two.
