Enjoying a peaceful setting on the edge of Teignmouth, the property is ideally placed for exploring South Devon, with Teignmouth’s seafront and promenade just 1.5 miles away and scenic estuary walks direct from the house with river access, ideal for launching small boats at high tide and paddle boarding. The charming village of Shaldon, with its sandy beach and welcoming pubs, lies approximately 2 miles away, while the wide sands and nature reserve at Dawlish Warren are around 5 miles. Further afield, the vibrant harbour town of Torquay sits roughly 9 miles away, Exeter is around 14 miles, and the dramatic landscapes of Dartmoor National Park can be reached in approximately 18 miles, making this an excellent base for both coastal adventures and countryside exploration.
