Surrounded by beautiful countryside and on the banks of the River Frome, this unique property is ideally situated for exploring the area, with easy access to some of Dorset best loved attractions. The historic walled town of Wareham is only 4 miles away and from here you can hire boats, kayaks and paddle boards for a leisurely trip up the river, before sampling some local cuisine in your choice of pub or cafe. The property offers easy access to the Jurassic Coast, with popular spots including Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Studland Beach all within 13 miles. For those wishing to get active there are many walking and cycling routes leading from the property that wind through this striking landscape. All ages will enjoy exploring the Tank Museum, Monkey World, steam railway and the idyllic village of Corfe Castle, all under 8 miles away. Take the steps from the parking area up to the striking entrance into this stunning property, which is part of a beautifully converted church built in 1829. Open the original church door, where you will find many original features in this cleverly reimagined space, which blends character with contemporary comforts. Leave your boots and coats in the entrance hall, before stepping into the large open-plan dining and kitchen area. There is space to prepare and enjoy leisurely meals and a short flight of stairs to two of the three bedrooms, a king-size and a super-king-size, which are served by a stylish shower room. Head to the first floor where you will find a striking lounge complete with wood burner, Smart TV and a glorious view of the roof trusses and original windows. Also on this floor is a spacious super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Heading outside into the original churchyard you will find peaceful seating areas and many interesting features – the ideal setting for your morning coffee before a day spent exploring. There are two parking spaces within a shared car park and additional roadside parking (subject to availability).
